very festive, not scratchy
I bought this mostly for the jacket and it’s a great way to add festivity to any outfit for the holidays. The dress itself is a bit monotonous for me personally, because it’s kind of like a long tank top. But I am going to be using it as a skirt, by putting shirts over the top, for things like concerts or festivals or other celebrations
