Very bad design causing very meaningful pains
Never experienced pains with a new balance shoe before, it seem like very bad design, no one at new balance tried it before production!?

Super small tight shoe
OK so I could barely get my foot in and it felt like a vice. Also the N looks more like a sparkly pink/blue color making them look like a ladies shoe. I don't think sizing up would help the narrow base.

Too narrow
Shoes are good built well, and are a high-quality. However, I ordered the wides (EE), but they run very narrow. Avoid these shoes, even the double EE’s, if you have a wide foot.

New Balance US response
We’re sorry to hear the Coco Delray in a wide did not offer the amount of room you expected and felt closer to a standard D width. We understand how frustrating it can be when wide sizing does not provide the comfort you rely on. If you’d like, our Customer Care team can help review fit concerns and discuss possible next steps or alternatives.

I have had my pair of coco Gauffs for about 6 months. They are the best and most comfortable pickleball shoes I have purchased. The problem I have is that they do not last long at all. I have had them for 5 months and play about 4 times a week, and the sole is completely gone. I am really disappointed in this because I really do love the shoe but I can not afford to purchase a new pair every 6 months

New Balance US response
Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re sorry to hear your Coco Gauffs wore down so quickly despite how comfortable they’ve been for you. We understand how frustrating it is when a shoe you love doesn’t hold up to your regular pickleball schedule. Our Customer Care team would be happy to review the wear concerns and help explore options that better fit your needs and playing frequency.

Handsome but Problematic
Comfy but Slippery Sole. I had thought these soles would be softer, like a gum rubber, but they’re not! Very slippery on glazed bathroom tile!
