It seems like they take orders even when they don’t have the item, and then send a different product, forcing the buyer to wear the wrong shoes. When I asked for the correct item after receiving the wrong one, they said it’s sold out. I ordered online because I didn’t have time, but now they expect me to handle the return myself, either at the store or via FedEx. So the mistake is on Nordstrom’s side, but the hassle falls on the customer?

Casual Shoe that's wider than expected
Shoes are attractive and feel on trend. They are wider than expected, I have average width feet and these were a little loose on the sides. They have average arch support but not so much that you can feel it like in a typical stability shoe.
