it doesn't seem new product
I like the color and design as it describes. However it seems they delivered used one. Backside of the wallet is sticky and the wrapping status was horrible..without any covering tissue, it was in a plastic back and it was not individually wrapped. I ordered same item with different color but it was all wrapped properly. I bet this one is not new product and all inconvenience about returning is on me, customer. I had to drop it off at store otherwise Norstrom Rack charges me shipping fee even for this sticky item they sent me. Don't like this experience.
