Tansy Slingback Pump (Women)

This is a nice looking shoe with a fairly comfortable toe box. But the kitten heel placement makes them unstable and together with the slim sling-back strap they are wobbly. Maybe it’s just me, but they feel like a sprained ankle waiting to happen. This makes them uncomfortable as you feel the need to walk keeping your weight forward, like walking tippy-toed so as to not have the heel slip out from under you. Give me a well placed stiletto heel, or a stylish ballet flat. Can’t wait till the kitten heel trend passes.

I want to love these heels so badly since I love how they look, but the sling back makes the kitten heel very unstable, and all of my weight was mainly shifted forward. The toe portion painfully cuts into the foot, and my toes ended up very cramped by the end of the night. I wore them to a dinner with minimal walking, and I was in pain after an hour of wearing them every time I got up. Even a short walk to the bathroom was painful. Cannot recommend.
