One size too big
Love the look but sized one size too large and I’m regularly a size 5 or 5 1/2 and these were huge and they do not carry a size 4 or 4 1/2. There sizing is way off on all their shoes.

Runs very large!
I ordered this very cute pump in my european size which is 37, and according to the size chart its is a 7 US.
I was so dissapointed to discover that even if they are super comfy and very nice looking, they were almost one size too big, fell off my heel and foot .Final sale so no Returns. Ordering international (Sweden) just doesn’t seem worth it - same happened with the loafers I ordered.

Nice shoes, heel height higher than 2.1/4”
Ordered these shoes: material too shines: website said 2.1/4”: higher than that; heels are to high as well: not allowed to return or exchange.. disappointed

All day comfort!
I love these shoes. I wear a 10 wide with arch issues. I am on my feet from 730am until 530pm and can wear these all day in comfort. I have them in every color and receive complements all the time. I wish you would bring the burgundy back and make a pair in navy blue as the other blue is too dark.

comfortable but size up
Comfortable but found that it ran big by almost a full size but was narrow at the toe box. I feel my feet are quite narrow but had to go with wide 6.5 (normally 7-7.5)
