perfect work heel
I have these in three colors now, the black, nude, and red. They are so comfy and the perfect height for work. So easy to walk in! I’ll probably pick up the silver eventually, too.

One size too big
Love the look but sized one size too large and I’m regularly a size 5 or 5 1/2 and these were huge and they do not carry a size 4 or 4 1/2. There sizing is way off on all their shoes.

Runs very large!
I ordered this very cute pump in my european size which is 37, and according to the size chart its is a 7 US.
I was so dissapointed to discover that even if they are super comfy and very nice looking, they were almost one size too big, fell off my heel and foot .Final sale so no Returns. Ordering international (Sweden) just doesn’t seem worth it - same happened with the loafers I ordered.

Ordered these shoes: material too shines: website said 2.1/4”: higher than that; heels are to high as well: not allowed to return or exchange.. disappointed

I aspected the Naturalizer pump to be comfortable.
It has been 2 years since I purchased. Only worn once. Hurt my feet when worn to a banquet. Going to try the pump again. Hope with a little stretching pump is more comfortable, still very cute.

I am a true 9.5 and these were very tight. I have skinny feet and checked to see if I ordered in Narrow, but I ordered 9.5 medium. They were extremely tight which was disappointing because it is a beautiful shoe with the perfect heel height.

Perfection
Needed some pumps for work. These caught my eye because of the sale price. Decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. These fit perfectly and the footbed is so so comfortable! I haven’t had a chance to wear it for a full day yet, but I foresee very little problems as they are so comfortable at the onset. One con: I have the warm white, which is a bit of a patent leather type and I think the material is not THE best. There is a wrinkle that I see when I crouch down. I think another review mentioned something similar. But, for the price (even at full price) I don’t think you can go wrong trying this out.
