Textured Halter Minidress

I haven’t bought anything before from SHE*N or the like but I imagine this is basically what it’s like. I got nostalgic seeing Nasty Gal had items at Nordstrom- I don’t remember buying their stuff but I remember seeing the ads long ago. I had low expectations for this but it was literally the cheapest piece of material I can imagine ever existing. Completely see-through which hey, maybe it could be a bathing suit cover up then or is geared for festival look but no this was just a smelly scratchy thin piece of garbage and I’ve never written such a scathing review in my life lol (who’s running the show at young adult and women’s Buying division at Nordstrom? … makes me question Nordstrom seriously like I know it’s not exactly trying to identify as a Neiman but come’ on have SOME standards
