Very pretty but tiny!
I'm 118 lbs, 32 D, size 24/25 jeans, XS tops. I sized up to a size SMALL and it was VERY snug for my slim arms and in the back. It's a super high cut thigh which didn't bother me as much. It's very form fitting if that's what you prefer. I could have used a medium. I decided to return because it is a little too revealing in the chest for my age. Late 30s. The fabric is amazing and totally would dig this if the cut wasn't as low. But definitely size up 2 to 3 sizes. No joke there.
