Wanted to love...
I am a sucker for anything hearts, but this just did not work. It fit me like a glove (TTS or if anything runs the slightest bit small) but the bubble hem just looked silly, and the skirt is super, I mean super short. Adorable print, and nice weight to the fabric, but for me, the style was all wrong.

Very cute dress and nice quality but if you’re short and wear larger sizes it’s not going to give the desired look. I’m 5’1 and wear a size ten the dress fits but the torso length is too long the dress goes almost to my knees. Maybe if you’re short and skinny you’ll get the desired look but not if you’re thicker.
