Heavy heel with no arch support
This shoe has no arch support. The heel is very heavy. I don’t understand how a company that claims to have comfort shoes does not make shoes with proper arch support and seriously the heel should not be so incredibly heavy. I will say, though it looks really nice.

There Is a Design Flaw...but I'm Keeping Them!
These are gorgeous, comfortable, dressy sandals--with not-too-high heels--and they go perfectly with a black and silver Coach purse that I already have. The design flaw is that the shoes need a longer strap. I am a small, lightweight person with skinny ankles, so there is no excuse why the strap should barely have a 1/2-inch overlap onto the velcro. Fingers crossed that is enough to keep the shoes on my feet.

Nice updated style but Velcro is faulty
I wanted to like this sandal and tried to convince myself but the Velcro only works if your heel /ankle are narrow. When you pull the closure to its fullest extent, your foot is pushed forward and choked. Had to return it. Sadly because it had a nice style for a low heeled sandal as a reference I ordered a 36

Classy Black Sandals
These are one of the most comfortable sandals that I own! I always wear orthotics in regular shoes as I have a high arch, but these sandals have plenty of support and just enough heel to look classy and be comfy! Easy to get on and off and I bought in black and beige because I loved them so much. A bit pricey, but they will last for a long time! A bit heavy for traveling, but that’s ok. Fits true to size!
