Poor quality, broke within a week in several spots
Very disappointed with this bag and will be returning. I got it for a trip to Europe the day before I left. Before I even started to use it (second day after I had it, didn’t use it on the plane), the front zipper was broken - off the zipper and couldn’t close. So the front pocket was immediately useless. Then I used it for about a week for usual purse things (chapstick, tissues, phone, phone charger, wallet) and the strap completely frayed and broke off. Very cheaply made, not durable, which was unfortunate because the double pouch design was really handy for organization.
