MOTHER

Founded in 2010 by premium-denim industry pros Lela Becker and Tim Kaeding, MOTHER specializes in collections that present a juxtaposition of hard and soft. The brand evokes teenage rebellion, unconditional love and hilarious insult all at the same time (the company's name is a play on the duality of the word "mother," which can be nurturing or a cuss).

Unique and well made

Beautiful top. Early bird is an off white color (darker than pictured). Mother tips run smaller than most brands. I typically wear a small, but ordered a medium for a perfect fit.

not white

This top is not even close to being white, it's closer to tannish cream colored. Also the sleeves keep falling down, so it is basically an off the shoulder top. I hoped to keep it, but sadly i am returning it. I am between a small and medium. I purchased a medium. A small would have been hard to get on. I am 5'6" 134 lbs 36 B.

So worth it!

Yes it is pricey, but this top is well-made and obviously thoughtfully designed. It is cut just right, where your bra does not show, neither at the shoulders nor the front or back. Super cute. Wish it was available in more colors.
