Beautiful watch
This watch is beautiful and well made. The reason I am returning it is because it is top heavy. When wearing it, it tends to twist to the side because the watch face is heavier than the band.

gorgeous but
This watch is more beautiful than the picture on the website. When I received it it was in a box but didn't have the plastic cover on the top of the watch crystal; also there was no direction booklet or warranty booklet or anything in the watch box. I knew right away it's either was used and returned or it was in the store and people try it there. My suspicion was confirmed when I saw the back of the watch had smudges and oil from skin. Ew. I'm returning it tomorrow. I just ordered another one and hopefully this time they will send a brand new one and not used. I can't wait to get a good one and wear it because it's really beautiful.

Love it, but has need repairs 2x
I absolutely love this watch, and get so many compliments on it, but I purchased it in Fall 2024 and in less than 1 year it's had to be shipped back for repair 2x now. Pretty disappointing for what I understand is a premium brand.
