Unfortunately when I went to pick up the jacket a piece of scotch tape had stuck onto the puffed jacket material and it ripped it. The store manager Barry was very gracious, helpful and understanding. We reorder so hopefully I will have a better review. It was a gift for my wife but couldn't.
