Runs Small
I normally take a size 8, but I ordered an 8 and 8.5. As I suspected, the 8 was too tight at the toe, and the 8.5 was too big. I love Mia boots but unfortunately the pointed toe won't work for me in my normal size. I did not want to give these boots a low rating because of the pointed toe not fitting me properly and they are crafted very nicely.

They are okay
I like the sexy look from sideways. but I didn’t realize the pointy toe has a bit of squareness to it. It’s not truly pointy. It’s not bad, just not my taste. It’s also a bit narrow so my bunion hurt. I’ll have to return. If you have wider feet I’d order a size up.
