Too spongy
I bought these for walking because most reviews said they were comfortable. Since receiving them I’ve used them about 3 times for probably 5 miles each time and my feet hurt afterwards for a day or two. I believe this is because are so spongy and offer no arch support. I’ve never had this problem with my other Merrill's I’ve used over the years for walking.

Love these shoes
Great shoes. They are tough, lightweight and well constructed. I thought I bought a waterproof pair, but found out they’re not.
These are also among he most comfortable running shoes I’ve worn in a long time. The heel strike is soft and rolls forward nicely. The Vibram soles areadhere well to surfaces without being sticky.
Merrell hit a home run with these IMO. I’ll be buying these again.

Comfort & Stability Supreme!
This Moab Flight shoe is what I wear when at the gym, and run at a local outdoor track. I have even used it already on a trail run at a local state park. Being that it's my 2nd Merrell shoe, I am happy to recommend this sneaker model to anyone who jogs or runs outdoors. Stay safe!
