Unbelievable Purchase

I bought these in size 9.5 Medium in color Silver Ant. They arrived in a shoe box bottom without a lid thrown into a plastic bag. The shoe box bottom was for Steve Madden P-Phoenix White size 10.5 men’s shoes. I bought women’s shoes. The Merrell shoes are used. Nowhere in this listing does it say these shoes are used, returns or previously owned. The service provided by Nordstrom’s Rack on this sale is shockingly poor. I’m giving 2 stars based on the fit of the shoe, which is OK with very little/no arch support. Taking off 3 stars for the purchase experience with Nordstrom Rack.

Very nice shoes

I like these shoes a lot. I bought them for walking and they're working out very well and I like the looks of them. If I was to say anything on the negative side, it would be that perhaps there could be a little more padding on the insole.

What I was looking for

I have not worn them yet. I ordered a size 8 (which I normally wear in tennis shoes). This pair was too large so I returned a purchased a 7.5 M which fit. The Merrell hiking tennis shoes were purchased for a trip I will be taking which includes hiking.

Recommend

It’s worked great in Utah National Park. They're comfortable and lightweight. I used an additional orthotic insole, and my feet thanked me.

Found the perfect trail shoe!

I’ve been looking, and trying on every trail shoe imaginable. I needed a wide toe box for my again feet. These fit the bill perfectly and I didn’t even have to order a wide! I ended up buying all three colors available. If you have my issues, don’t hesitate… buy the shoes! Your feet will thank you.
