Strata Trail Boot

I haven’t worn them so can’t speak about how comfortable they are. But the color, I ordered Kettle, Blush Rose, it’s no where like the picture. It’s like grey. These going back to the store.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took these boots out of the box, put them on my feet, and took the dogs outside for a typical day of hiking around variable terrain (fields, rocks, wetlands, woods) on 40 acres, tending to the berries, orchards and sapling trees planted in tree tubes, and digging holes for new ones. When I came back in after several hours I literally forgot to take these boots off they were so comfortable. True to size for my narrow-ish 8.5 feet with slouch socks, no sweating inside the boot, and at least so far resistant to water. I am amazed. Amazed.

I was so excited to buy these, but no matter what I do they give me blisters. I’ve worn them about 5 times, on hikes of no more than 4 miles, and with different types of socks. They are the correct size. But still, blisters every time. My husband has a pair of Columbia hiking boots and they have never given him trouble. I’ve tried to contact the company but no success.
