Policies
If you order designer from the rack online, they won't accept designer returns in an actual store. Even though the option is made available to you through the app or site and you start the return process in that manner it doesn't carry over to the store. If your closest nordstrom is 3 hours away and your don't want to drive you need to PAY to FedEx your return. Either don't sell designer at the rack or figure out your returns policy on designer. I paid 1.1k for a pair of mcqueen boots on sale and they just came in grocery bags with no box outside of the one in which they were shipped, not cute. Not an isolated issue.
