Perina Knee High Boot (Women)

I bought these in Dark Red, but in my opinion it looks like Brown, which is perfect because that's what I wanted. I see a slight hint of dark red, so I guess I'd call it a mix of burnt umber and cognac. I ordered the boot in wide calf. My calf is 17 1/2", if I measured correctly. The boot went up my leg but it was definitely snug, but not uncomfortable. I wear a Medium in width, but the toe box was a bit snug as well. Just wear the right socks. I love these. Full stop. Anyone who complains about width did not read the listing — if you have broomstick legs please go buy a standard calf sized boot and stop downvoting this one <3. If you like the loeffler Randall boots but don’t have a 14in calf, this is the answer to your prayers. These are wonderfully comfortable despite the height and have a very soft and supple leather (that still maintains its shape very well. I can’t wait to wear these into the ground. Marc fisher has been a lifesaver for me as someone with more athletic calves. I know we as women can get wierd about things being described as “wide” but we all come in different shapes and sizes and these work wonderfully for me. I’d describe myself as a typical S/M/4-6, 5ft 5 and I’ve always had sturdier calves. These are a great sizing in terms of calf width and shaft height. If you’re more on the petite side I could see these potentially being too tall.

Super comfortable (only put on and walked around the house). So far I really love the structure and how the boots don’t sag, the overall fit, and calf width. I purchased assuming they probably won’t fit but am super happy that I am considering getting them in black. Get them if you are in search of some knee high heeled boots. Also the pointed toe doesn’t make my feet look super long which is nice.
