Dagman Penny Loafer (Women)

These loafers are SO. Cute. I went down a half size due to other reviews saying it runs large in the heel…it didn’t help. They walk like a flip flop even with anti -slip heel pads I purchased. Was going to try another half size down but they’re out. These are perfect looking, the sizing is so unfortunate.

LOVE everything about this shoe, except, like others, I had a problem with the heel slipping off. I usually wear a 5, but the 5 was too tight across the top and too short in the length. The 5.5 fits much better overall (I sometimes wear 5.5 if I'm wearing socks), but the heel slips off. I tried heel pads, but that didn't work, so I slid those small gel "ball of foot cushion pads" into the shoe that sit UNDER the middle of the ball of the foot, and VOILÀ! (BTW, the 'Petals' pads didn't work for me at all). Problem solved!

These are good-looking shoes, but typically I'm a 7.5 and I have a normal foot, no issues or wide, nor too narrow; average. Oddly I tried the 7.5 and I couldn't walk without them slipping totally off my heel--then returned for the size 7, and way too small so have to return these as well unfortunately.

If I tell you that I’ve been looking for comfortable and cute loafers for a year, I’m not kidding! I’ve ordered online, searches in stores and nothing worked for me. Today I tried on these Marc Fisher penny loafers and know they were going to be the ones! I immediately wore them for hours with no discomfort. I’ve had 3 foot surgeries on my right foot, and many shoes aren’t supportive of my high arches & cushioned enough, but these are. I love them so much I just ordered them another color! I had to go down 1/2 size from my usual size.
