Kork-Ease®

Kork-Ease began in Brooklyn in 1953 as a comfort-shoe company. In the disco-fevered '70s, the brand spurred a nationwide trend when its "buffalo" sandal—a cork-soled, sky-high, leather-strapped platform wedge—became the must-have shoe of the glitterati at Studio 54. Today, women choose Kork-Ease for its lightweight comfort, consistent quality, beautiful leathers and retro-inspired silhouettes.

90s preppy look!

I am loving my new platform penny loafers! These are SO cute, comfy and I got so many compliments in my first day of wearing them. They are such a fun throwback to the 90s prep school look. I LOVE!

Inaccurate sizing

The shoes arrived in a box with no lid or protective package. This resulted in some scuffs and dents. This isn’t the norm with other items I’ve ordered so it may just be one of thos packaging mishaps. Additionally, the shoes seemed to be a whole size to big; I took one step and my foot literally came out. Best to go down 1/2- 1 size if you’re not familiar with the brand. The shoes are attractive and I’ll be looking to order a smaller size.

Comfortable and stylish shoe

Super lightweight. The top is a soft leather and feels amazing. I am normally a 5 1/2" and it is a smidge to big, however nothing that an insole can't solve. These will be a nice go-to loafer with a stylish edge.
