While I like the shoes, they had creases in them making it evident that they’ve been worn more than once. Nordstrom met me a pair of used shoes. Not just tried on, but worn on multiple occasions. I’m extremely disappointed as I’ve never had a bad experience with this company before.

beware of size - fits large, size down
I have several Magnani shoes, all of which fit differently. Great shoes and quality is good. Fit is variable. I have purchased Magnani shoes in size 9, 9.5 and 10 depending on the shoe. Normally I wear a size 10. Hope this helps.
