Misrepresented Quality, Inflated Original Price
Nordstrom has gone downhill. There is no way these shoes were ever $450, the sole is plastic and the leather is medium quality. They’re okay for everyday use at the sale price, but the whole point of this store is finding genuinely high-quality items at a discount, and that’s no longer the case. I ordered several things recently and returned all of them due to low quality and misrepresentation. These shoes literally have a plastic sole. Beyond disappointing.
