Shoes in a plastic bag
These are great shoes but Nordstrom has got to do better. For the price that is being paid I expect new shoes in a box. A discount does not make it okay to ship the shoes wrapped and taped in a plastic bag. Shoes that are scratched and with visible wear. Really shocked at how items sent have no quality control or people shipping just don't care about customer satisfaction. Definitely will be going back to the store.
