Poor pair of shoes
These are either counterfeit shoes or an irregular. They were obviously purchased and returned a few times, as the packaging is all destroyed from multiple handling. I suspect that this has nothing to do with Nordstrom, and that this was drop shipped from an intermediate vendor. I have owned 3 pairs of this exact shoe, and all of those were excellent quality.

Very poor quality, uncomfortable shoes
For a "Italian Made" shoes, these pair of Bruno Magli shoes are vey, very uncomfortable and not well made. I would not buy this brand again. Nordstrom Rack has very poor customer service. I will not buy another thing from Nordstrom Rack.
