Double Breasted Midi Blazer Dress

Bought a size 2 but normally a size 4. It fits my chest and waist, however because it’s not a petite size, found that it’s a bit long on my frame(5’2). The buttons were misaligned enough to be able to tell. The dress received, fabric looks like it’s been in the washer, therefore faded and starting to fray. Additionally the hems looked like someone ironed it a little too hot and it’s different color than the rest of the dress. Not sure if this is the quality of the brand or a return that’s been worn and washed few times over and shipped to me. Disappointing purchase and will be returning.
