Love that it’s 100% cotton balls thick material makes it worth it since you know it won’t get ruined in the wash. It’s great for petite woman. I’m 5’q1 124 lbs I got size 4 and it is so flattering around the waist and hip and the chest in love with this dress!

Odd fit, material not soft
This dress was pretty, but the fit was off and the fabric was kind of stiff and scratchy. Runs slightly large for me. 5'6" 140, 36D. Got a size 6 and it was baggy in the waist/hips, but fit nicely in the chest. Not for me.

Perfect dress
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this dress and as soon as it came from the mail I tried it on and it’s so perfect. My regular size is XS/2 size 26 on pants and weight 110 lbs.. After reading the reviews I decided to order 0. It fit a like a globe, fabrics not stiffed it feels comfortable and not itchy and love the color. I am satisfied of my purchase especial it’s on sale.

The worst
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never tried on a dress from Madewell with a worse fit. I totally see why it's so on sale. The dress fit normally on my body everywhere except the chest area - I have a pretty standard slim body type but the darting around the boobs was so wacky. No amount of tailoring could have made this fit. It looked like it was made by a middle school student.
