Stripe Dolman Sleeve Poplin Midi Shirtdress

I LOVE this dress! I am very short, 4'10" 100LB, got the XXS. I was worried this dress will be huge and too long for me based on the reviews. It does fall below my calf, sleeves fall between elbow and wrist which I like, and it is definitely more oversize on me than on the model but I LOVE it!! I did hope it would shrink a bit after wash but it seems it didn't shrink very much and it keeps the shape nicely. Great quality fabric that also feels good and comfortable. I keep coming back to check this brand in Nordstrom Rack and Nordstrom to see if they have more in different color, I want MORE!

I love the design. it looks black and white on the photo, but it is actually dark green. fit is not comfortable. there are balance issues. I constantly must pull it forward, as it is falling back. I kept it anyway, because it is great for everyday and traveling. however, constant fixing it on the body is getting annoying and don't look confident in public. I would not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Runs really big! I went with my usual size Small but had to exchange for an XS. Even so, the XS was roomy. Definitely needs a belt to cinch the wait or it's way too baggy. I would recommend sizing down 2 sizes if you wish to wear the dress like the model. But go down one size if you wish to wear it loose. As another reviewer pointed out, the dress works as a cover up well. However, I think the stripes look a little too pajamas-like. I say, go with the flow, unbutton a couple more buttons, wear a pretty sports bra and yup, you will be ready for the south of France. Great for travel as well as the dress dries overnight or a couple of hours in warm sun. Buy it for life! Wish there are more color options. Hopefully, this style will return for summer!

The silhouette is different and I've gotten several compliments on the shape being cool. I do wish it hit either a little higher or a little lower on the leg. It's not the most flattering. I liked the dress enough to keep, though.
