Love how the fabric feels, would be perfect for a warm day. However, the fit of this dress is off. I'm small chested and this gapped in the chest, sides and waist. I thought about getting it altered but it just was too matronly for my taste.

Jury is out
Love the material; viscose washes beautifully and I specifically seek this fabric out. Feels cool in hot humid weather. I’m 5’7”, a pear shape with a longer torso and the fit on this is odd. It’s short waisted but also boxy, not cute on my figure. Love the fabric so much I’m trying to decide if it’s worth altering. Can see how this could look matronly, but it depends how you accessorize I suppose.

This is the best dress Madewell makes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] And I will buy it in every color way they come out with. Oversized but somehow flattering, timeless, ideal for every season, and it has pockets. Literally can’t ask for more out of a dress.
