fit as pictured but
I’m a solid 29/8 and these fit great. Description says low rise but they are actually higher on the waist. Not at the bellybutton/ribcage but definitely not low rise. Even a little higher than a mid rise. Button fly has 5 buttons. Cuffs are not fixed so you tall gals can take advantage of that or maybe cuff them differently to your style. I really like Madewell jeans because their back pockets are a little larger making for a more flattering backside.
