Buyer Beware!
This company is extremely Shady! They claim they guarantee their jewelry for five years, but they never return emails or calls for damaged jewelry. Since they fail to communicate and refuse to back their products, I want to return all the jewelry I've bought, due to their horrible business practices. I hope Nordies drops this company, as they do not communicate with their customers or stand behind their products. It makes me question if their jewelry is really vermeil (sterling silver and 14kt gold) and stones genuine turquoise. I've already received a cuff that was bent and loose stones in this bracelet. At this point, I'm going to have to take them to court.
