Fit & Flare Denim Dress

The dress has a princess cut fit and a flattering silhouette. The armholes are slightly loose, but not uncomfortable. My favorite part is the waist—it fits nicely, and the skirt has a beautiful, flowy swing. I usually wear an XS, but I bought a size S, and the top fits just right. Since the fabric is non-stretch denim, I recommend sizing up if you have a larger bust or broader shoulders for a slightly roomy at the top, more breathable and comfortable fit.

I purchased a medium and it fits perfectly, form fitting in all the right areas. (I’m 5’4, 135 lbs, 34D for reference.) The other review mentioned this dress wouldn’t be great for top heavy women, I can see how that’s true and would agree. It flattens my boobs just a bit, if they were any bigger, the dress wouldn’t fit.

My daughter usually wears a size 8 or a medium. When I ordered the medium it was sold out. When the dress arrived... We could not move the zipper at all. I like the quality and the look of the dress, but ... the sizing is way off. My thoughts were that most people would be returning the dress if they ordered their normal size. I WAS CORRECT! Although the reviews stated the dress ran small, it shld have said EXTREMELY.... SMALL! The dress was available in EVERY SIZE, and 2 days later the Tres was sold out again. We received the large today, and it fit, but the dress is a VERY SNUG fit and completely SMASHES her D cup breast. However, we still love the dress, and as I expected.... people again.... returned the dress. I am returning the large dress, w/w probably work for someone wearing a solid size six dress. I just ordered the extra large dress for my size 8 daughter, which I hope will give additional space up top. 5* because of style, a negative 3* because the cut is way... off!
