Nordstorm needs to do better!
I received this dress with 4 black stains on it! What the heck Nordstorm?! Do better! I tried to get them out, but I wasn't able to get them our completely, you could still see them on the dress, so I asked the store manager for a discount on the dress and she said 10%. Not a chance! I'm not willing to wear stains on me for a 10% discount. I returned it and now I'm scared to order it again so I don't get the same exact dress as it is at my local store and that is what they will pack for me. Unbeliveble, this is the worst experiance I had with Nordstorm. I though they were supposed to be better than this but nope! Disapointing customer service! The dress is fine ... if you can get it without stains but runs a little big in the chest.
