Isla Crepe Midi Dress

I used the size guide that suggested a medium. I am busty and like things looser so I ordered a large. When it arrived I was super pleased with the fabric and the length, but it was so small on top I couldn't button it. I returned it for the extra large. It arrived today and is still tight in the bust. I will keep it and wear a cami underneath because I've already spent $30 just in shipping. For reference I am 5'5 160 pounds. I have a 30 inch waist and am a 36DD

Very pretty and flattering dress, not too "grandma" and not too young. However, I normally take a large and needed an extra large that fit perfectly. Size up one size!

The dress is awesome, and fits well in the chest and waist. I did have to get a medium for it to button through the ribs, when I usually wear an XSmall.

After reading the reviews I ordered a size larger than my usual as others reported it was too tight in the chest and rib cage. I am usually a small, so I got the medium and it fit perfectly! Love the material, print, style, and quality of this dress. It was a perfect wedding guest dress!

And I have an average sized bust.

Love the pink one! It fits well but as noted small. I went up to an xtra large and it just fit. It's very feminine and looks great!

Great dress, made well and is a vintage yet timeless style you can keep wearing for years. I felt VERY confident wearing it with my white tennis shoes to an outdoor patio party and received many compliments.

First of all, this dress is adorable so I’m sad to have to give it two stars. I’m 5’8”, a size 12 (for things to fit across my shoulders), and a 36-38 in the bust. This dress fits perfectly everywhere except there is no way for the buttons to meet across the bust, and I’m not big busted. I would try an XL, but they are all gone in the olive print.

I have to say that I am was crazy about the material. I ordered the orange-colored version, and the hues were not as pretty as online. The material was thin and not good quality. And it ran very small! I am normally a Large and based on the comments stating it runs small, I ordered the XL. It was super tight around the waist area. Had to return it.

I absolutely love everything about this dress. It’s my go-to for weddings and showers this summer. Im a very round, hourglass shape, and carry a little extra weight on upper arms, which is why I sized up.

Pros: pretty pattern; nice washable material with some weight; long length; Cons: waist is extremely smaller than rest of dress. I fit in Small/6 and this dress fit like a 00. daughter who wears a 0 tried it on & could button waist but was pulling and gapping at the waist and big in the chest.

Great dress. I read it ran small so I ordered a medium and it is still tight!! Ill have to return it, or hold my breath for the entire time I am wearing it.
