Good summer dress but construction could better
The weight and material of the dress is great for hot summer days. I find the quality of the finish and construction of the dress a bit disappointing for the original price of this dress. There’s thread coming out of the buttons and thread of the button snaps that would hold the strap of the slip underneath came off. I haven’t even worn the dress. I’m not sure if it’s just this dress or all of these with issues. I really like this dress so I may just have Nordstrom alterations just address these flaws. Otherwise the sizing is true to size. I’m 5’2” and 125 lb. I’m usually a size 6 in US brands. I purchased the 6 US/10 UK.

LK Bennett Saffron Dress
This dress is so cute. It’s hard to find the right collared shirt dress now. I’m over the poofy sleeves. These sleeves tie and still cover the upper arm, without looking frumpy. The fabric is lovely and perfect for Summer. The slip is white and really lightweight. I can wear heels or flats and do not need to hem! I may get a belt to go with it but it falls so nicely that it won’t be necessary. 5 ft 2, 125, US size 6.
