Monty Pointed Cap Toe Mary Jane Flat (Women)

First, the shoe is well made and the perfect everyday flat to wear with pants, jeans, etc. Unfortunately, I could not get my size 11.5 foot into the size 42 as this brand ran small and narrow. This was my first purchase from LK Bennett so now I know I need to order a full size up. If you have a narrow foot this may work for you.

I found the size conversion chart in the product listing here as well as on the brand's own site to be off. I wear a US size 6 and have a slightly wide forefoot, high instep, and narrow heel, and often walk right out of very open pumps. I tried these in my usual 36 and the recommended 37. The 37 was huge but the 36 was the right length and there is enough width to accommodate my forefoot. The leather is soft and the strap secures the shoe to my foot. Although a mary jane style, these avoid that overly juvenile vibe that some have. The patent toe cap adds interest and pointed toe looks terrific peeking out from wide-legged trousers.
