not a dress
This print is so cute and the look is a winner. HOWEVER, this cannot possibly be worn as a dress. Way too low cut and not enough buttons down the front to even close it without exposing yourself. Even tightening the belt doesn’t work. Total miss in execution. Cute style if you want an oversized blazer tho.
