Terrible customer (dis)service!
A jacket scrunched up in a good-sized box, is not something I expect from Nordstrom. Looked as if several people had a competition trying to get the jacket into the smallest possible ball. Absolutely disgusting and nowhere near the quality of customer service I expect from Nordstrom
