Seams coming undone in less than 3 months
Gave this as a gift in mid September. Was so excited with it. Friend used only a few times for travel and takes beautiful care of it. Seams on handle already coming undone. I’m really disappointed. For $250 was expecting good quality. Do not waste money on this item.

Love love this bag. Although I don’t understand how this is listed as “large” but besides that it’s perfect. I love the fabric of it and the look. Fits perfect on my luggage and fits what I need .

smaller than pictured
It seems like a well made bag, but it’s very heavy and much smaller than I expected. It doesn’t look as large as it does in the picture. Mine also didn’t come with the removable shoulder strap nor the nylon shoe/laundry bag. The quality of the bag isn’t worth the price, in my opinion, so I returned it.

Cute and spacious.
I really love this bag. I use it mainly as my carry-on travel bag and if it’s so much inside. The one, is that it doesn’t hold shape very well so if you make it too heavy, it gets saggy. I love the phone compartment on the outside Very convenient.
