Nice but unless

The design of this product is amazing, and I was really excited about my purchase. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Within the first 5 seconds of opening it, I realized that one of the wheels was missing—it had come off before I even had a chance to use the product. I immediately contacted customer service and returned it. It’s a shame because the design is great, but the product quality was not what I expected.
