We’re sorry you’re having difficulty creating a clean line with Artliner Precision Felt-Tip Liquid Eyeliner. For precise application, rest your elbow on a table to steady your hand, then press the side of the felt tip close to your lash line, using your lashes as a guide. Use the tip to fill any gaps, and build gradually for a more dramatic wing. Cosmetic tape can help guide a sharp wing—apply it before lining, let the liner dry, then remove the tape. Since this is a liquid liner, blinking or touching the area before it sets may cause smearing; allow 60-90 seconds to dry down before applying other product, or touching. A dry, primed eyelid can help, too, as base products, humidity, and natural oils may affect application. Once the liner is fully dry, you can also use concealer to tidy up the edges.
