What it is: An easy-to-handle liquid pen that features a uniquely shaped foam tip that enables you to precision-line, shape and define your eyes.

What it does: It won’t scratch, tug or skip and features a unique combination of two film-forming polymers that make every look last even longer. Rich, deep, luminous color pigments offer the most intense shade. The result is a precise, professional look.

How to use: Get as close to the lash line as possible and wiggle eyeliner directly into the lash line. For a more dramatic eye, hold your Artliner horizontally and rest on the lashes. Start at the inner corner and glide out and up for the perfect cat’s-eye. Its unique applicator and easy glide allows you to manage liquid liner and create different looks for your eyes without smudging or skipping. Think about laying bricks. Hold the Artliner applicator completely on the side and stamp above the lash line. Brick layer it up as high or as thick as you want to go. Stamping can be a lot easier than sweeping as you’re practicing.
