Details & care

What it is: A base that glides on and evenly coats and smoothes your lashes to maximize the results of your favorite mascara.

What it does: Its conditioning, clump-free formula features microfibers and vitamin E to add extra length and thickness to your lashes for added visible performance of your mascara. It's housed in a travel-sized tube perfect for toting with you wherever you go.

How to use: Apply one or two coats, working the brush from lash base to tip in a zigzag motion. Follow with several coats of mascara. It can also be used as a nighttime deep-conditioning treatment for your eyelashes.

Disappointed
I purchased this product as a package, which included a mascara - I really wanted to try the mascara conditioning primer after reading so many great reviews. I am really disappointed with it - it seems as if it’s almost completely dried up, I can barely get any product out of the tube, and it doesn’t do anything for my lashes. I’ll stick with my previous primer, which is less than half the price.

Cils Booster XL has become an essential step in my mascara routine. Looks like I have lash extensions!
Love this stuff. It doesn’t clump, separates and lengthens and thickens my lashes so nicely that I only need 1 cot of mascara. Multiple coats of mascara don’t get my lashes looking this nice. 1 coat primer. 1 coat mascara. I’ll never not use it again.
