W0W-W0W-W0W!!! To say this is neon is an understatement. The worst part of it is the cheap buttons; just barley lacquered and waiting for the least bump or scuff to start flaking off. Maybe if they had chosen a different button style/color it might not had been so bad. The fabric is great, and I love the design concept...just not the color(s). Normally an XXL, and the XL/16 fit well with plenty of sleeve length at 5'4". I hard pass this time.
