Not how I expect Nordstrom Rack purchases

Sadly this review is all about Nordstrom Rack customer service, as I can’t really review the coat because I can’t even try it on. I received this coat wadded up in a plastic bag and then shoved into a shipping envelope. Its condition is disgusting. The coat smells like mildew and is horribly wrinkled. No one thought to even fold the jacket before mailing it? I may be done shopping from Nordstrom Rack.

Lafayette 148 belted coat

I was unhappy with this. Didn’t like the fabric and, for the price, should have been lined. Could not return it fast enough.
