Damaged Shoes, Stuffed Folded in a Box
To begin— I spent almost $500 in 2 pairs of shoes in last 2 weeks from Nordstrom Rack and both were awful. The first pair were soiled on the bottom and scuffed on top of leather. This pair was folded in half and stuffed in a box they had to force closed ( this is a $375.00 pair of knee high boots). I was further shocked that the zipper was obviously damaged.
That’s fine. It is what it is. But, I won’t by shoes from Nordstrom Rack again. Too many other players out there that care about taking care of their customers and not sending them used and damaged shoes.
