Best shorts ever!
These are my favorite shorts of all time. The length and then the width of the leg opening is perfection. Never stop making these! I originally purchased my usual size and had to send back as it was too big in the waist. One size down was perfect.

Fit Didn't Work
Love the length but nothing else about the fit worked for me. These are definitely mid-rise, which I prefer. They fit with too much extra room in the waist causing a big gap. The shorts flare out at the thighs, which made me look very wide from the hips down. Overall not a flattering look.

My FAV shorts this summer!
So I am 51, and currently gone through lots of hormonal changes. Sadly, I put on a good 7 pounds and not quite as fit as I used to be (5’7 - 140). Prior to my weight gain, I was a standard 27 (sz 4/6) in most pants. Sometimes even going down to a 26. I was a little worried that I would need to go up a size so I ordered both a 4 and 6. Surprisingly, the 4 has been very comfortable, running a touch big. I do find that they are not high-rise, however, I do have a long torso. They fit mid rise on me & tend to stretch out slightly when wearing but overall very good length and do not feel snug. I’m very happy with the purchase.

Not High Waist
These are mid rise at best. I have several Kut high rise jeans that I absolutely love. I'm pear shaped, with my hips 10 inches larger than my waist, and the Kut high rise jeans really cinch the waist while being roomy for my hips. These are the opposite. They were a little tight in the hips, but there was a big waist gap. And the waist hits below the belly button. Quality is nice and the length is good, but definitely not "high waist" as described.

Do Not Follow KUT Size Chart
These are cute, but I’m in between 14 and 16. I got 16 because it says 18 is like a 14w, but they are too big. Going to size down and I’ll follow up.
