Awful experience
I ordered the KURT GEIGER RIO SANDALS when I received the shoes, it was the wrong size. I ordered a 9 they sent me an 8 1/2 so that meant I had to re-order the shoes again. The representative made it sound like she was doing me a favor. I just received the new pair of the sandals had been worn all the writing in the inside of the shoe was gone, and you can see where the bottom of the shoe had been worn.. I wear a couple of customers have complained on sending them the wrong size but yeah I was thinking well maybe this time they can get it right….buy at your own risk.

Sent wrong size
I read a previous review about sending the wrong size. We both ordered size 9 and were sent 8-1/2. Why….just whyyyy Nordstrom Rack….SMH. I will NOT be ordering another pair, just to get the worn size 9 that the previous person wrote she received after ordering again.

Textile upper for 80 - WHY?
I was excited to receive my order. However when I got the sandals I was disappointed in the quality of the sandals. This is a no more than $34.99 item. $80 for textile upper. The sandal has a well cushioned sole, but that it!!

Livid is an understatement.!!
I'm going away .I really wanted these Sandals since they sold out in May. I'm so disappointed and wondering what's going on with Nordstrom rack !! I ordered the Sandals 3 separate times. The first time they sent me wrong size .I ordered again an received the wrong size . It gets worse ordered it again and Would you believe The incorrect size was shipped again!! I ordered an 8.5 I'm being sent an 8 .this happened 3 times . Each lead employee was very understanding and accommodating with refunding Fees for shipping . However the question is who is picking this shoe order and why is it wrong 3x's. I wondering if they are looking at the European size opposed to the US size

Sent the wrong size
I ordered a size 8 receuved a size 7.5 when I went to process my return there was a $9.99 fee but the rep I spoke with gave me no problem in waving the fee since it was an error on their end.
