Love the neutral gold color and size. Works great for a mom bag! Plenty of room for my kids’ stuff as well as my own.

Cheap looking and badly made
I was greatly disappointed with this tote. It looked cheap, badly made and the straps are far too short and rigid for a tote bag. I’m petite, with small arms and shoulders, and the bag sat right under my armpits, which is horribly uncomfortable to carry. It needs a few inches leeway! I’m also not convinced it’s real leather, as advertised. If it is, it’s the cheapest leather I’ve ever felt. Returned immediately.

Disappointed with quality
I want to start off by saying I enjoy KG bags!
However I am quite disappointed with a bag I purchased on Nordstrom Rack on 6/11/2024 beautiful gold tote. I used gently and noticed some tears on the top of the bag.
I don’t over stuff my bags nor make them heavy.
I would like to know if I could get a refund or a new bag!
